Hello... You're Not Listening!

Is your body screaming out to you for HELP! Are you listening?! Your body sends out messages at every moment of your life. Did you know that? God gave us five physical senses and one spiritual sense. We're supposed to use them! We can use them to investigate and research our environment. Our senses can help us to make safe and beneficial choices on the way we live our lives. If we don't make the right choices, our body will eventually start to send out loud and clear messages in the form of symptoms.

These messages are warnings to us that something is wrong! We've made the wrong choice. If these choices are not corrected soon, they may eventually lead to illness. We need to learn to take quick action when there is a symptom. We must take responsibility for our own health and well-being. Healthcare providers are there to help us and to guide us along our way to wellness. You must learn that your best healthcare provider is YOU.

Generally, if you give your body what it needs, it will be able to take care of itself. When you apply basic principals to your life that promote health, you won't need the help of a healthcare provider. To enjoy good health your life should be in a state of balance. Emotions, relationships, your mental attitudes, spiritual beliefs, nutrition and eating habits, chemical exposures etc. all have an effect on if your life is in balance or not and this will effect your health. Imbalance may contribute to illness.

Changes will have to be made. If your are very sick or have multiple health concerns, you may have to make some radical changes for awhile in order to bring yourself back into balance and restore yourself to good health. Each person can work at achieving balance in all areas of their life at their own pace. They need to be well informed so they can make their own choices. Education is key; remembering that while getting back in balance to take time to enjoy life. It will take time.

Be merciful. As you regain your health or maybe for the first time in your life enjoy good health, you will find it easier to keep your life in balance. If you find you have an area that is radically out of balance, then you will need to give extra time, care and attention to that area until you can bring it back into balance. The first and most important step is to start and take the appropriate action.

Once you do and you start to reap the benefits and notice the difference in how you feel. You won't want to stop or turn back! If you are unable to resolve a health issue right away try to find peace within that area until you are able to bring it back into balance. Next to not listening to your body, lack of knowledge is a leading contributor to illness. Knowledge provides you with the tools and the freedom you need to evaluate your options make wise choices and then put them into action.

Be especially careful from where and from whom your information is coming from. Make sure your sources are reputable, reliable and have experience. Look to them for guidance, but do not become dependent on them. Once you start to experience good health, you'll be able to share the good news and pass it on to others. You'll start a chain reaction to far and better ways to live and enjoy life! Some things to consider when evaluating how you live and what you put your body through on a daily basis. Please read the following carefully:

* Do you eat a well-balanced diet?

* Do you take the appropriate vitamin/mineral supplements?

* Do you drink clean, fresh water?

* Do you breathe clean, fresh air?

* Do you take the time to rest and get the proper rest every day?

* Do you take the time to have fun and enjoy life?

* Are you under a lot of stress and duress with no outlet or way to release negative feelings or feelings of anxiety? This is not beneficial to your health and will most definitely throw you off balance. These are all very important to your body in order to function properly and well and to be in balance. If you answer "NO" to the first 6 and "YES" to the last one, it's time to take a serious look at making some changes for the better. It's time to start on your very own personal journey to wellness!
